| Size Options: | Practically everything we make can be built to your size requirements. Please inquire. |
| Prices: | FOB Tryon, NC. All prices $US. Call 828-894-8762 for current prices |
| Terms: | Prepaid for small orders. Larger orders will require a deposit and balance due before delivery. |
| Crating: | Packing and crating charges are indicated. Crating for custom items is charged at cost. |
| Shipping: | Shipping is prepaid by the customer. We use UPS
or USPS whenever possible. Items marked * are too large for UPS or USPS and will be shipped by freight carrier. |
| Returns: | Items built to order will not ordinarily be accepted for return. Returns must be authorized in writing before shipping. Returned items must be sent shipping prepaid, in the original packing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. |
| Drop Shipping: | Yes, we will ship directly to your client. |
| Lead Time: | Depends on the size of the order and current production schedule. Usually 8 to 12 weeks for small orders. Large quantities will require more time. |
| Delivery Date: | Specify on your purchase order. We will take every effort to make and deliver your order on time. |
| Custom Orders: | We welcome custom orders. Most of our work is done this way. Please inquire. |
| Warranty: | We warranty for three years from the date of purchase that our work is free of defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to the patina or surface finish of the textured bronze, smooth copper or other metals. The warranty does not apply to the art glass used in our fixtures. Our obligation is expressly limited to repair or replacement, without charge, only after prior written authorization has been granted and does not apply to items which have been repaired or altered outside our studio without our written approval. |
